We provide CATI (Computer Aided Telephone
Interviewing) services across Australia and internationally. All
CATI services are conducted from our own call centre of more than
50 workstations located in Sydney. A toll free number is available
for inbound surveys, and foreign language interviewing is available.

technology over 15 years ago. We have conducted many CATI surveys,
averaging over 100,000 calls per month to consumers plus healthcare
and business professionals. The type of studies range from simple
projects of 30 respondents through to ongoing tracking studies
