Recreation Programs Manager and President of NSW Sports Association for six years at the Spastic Centre of NSW. Owner and Manager of local Restaurant in Manly area for twelve years. She has a strong background and special interest in the pharmaceutical area. App.Sc (UTS) Ian has owned and managed the business for the past 20+ years. Previously involved in computing and statistical analysis for a period of eighteen years. He has a certificate in social and marketing research from the MRSA and UTS that complements his wealth of experience in all forms and aspects of market research. Ian is currently representing AMSRO on the Standards Australia & MRQA Committees and has also served on the NSW AMSRS Committee as Treasurer for 8 years. Ian is a former President of AMSRO, and now the current Vice-President. He was also recently named a Fellow of the AMSRS. In 1995, Karen took on the role of CADE Manager. Marion joined the market research industry and ekas in 2009. In 2010 she has moved from being an analyst to running face to face projects. She has an extensive knowledge of Surveycraft and is experienced in the management of multiple CATI projects. Nerissa responsibilities at ekas include Surveycraft CATI questionnaire programming and analysis, CATI quality control,the management of several long-term tracking projects, programming of CAPI surveys, and production of raw data in various formats for utilisation by clients in other programmes. Shane's primary responsibilities are Surveycraft programming and analysis, and electronic scanning of paper questionnaires.
