She has an extensive knowledge of Surveycraft and is experienced in the management of multiple CATI projects. Nerissa responsibilities at ekas include Surveycraft CATI questionnaire programming and analysis, CATI quality control,the management of several long-term tracking projects, programming of CAPI surveys, and production of raw data in various formats for utilisation by clients in other programmes.
